Delivery & Return
What are your delivery times?
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Delivery timeframes below start from the date your order is dispatched. While we aim to meet these timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen issues with third-party couriers or peak periods:
- Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days (metro areas generally faster)
- Express Shipping: 1–4 business days Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays or promotional periods.
What is your shipping costs?
Our shipping costs are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: $10.95. Free shipping if you spend over $120.
- Express Shipping: $14.95 for express shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with:
- Your tracking number
- A link to track your delivery through Australia Post. You can check delivery updates at any time using the tracking link.
Am I eligible to return my item?
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and in original condition
- Free from marks, stains, scents or damage
- Returned with original tags, hygiene stickers and packaging
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, hosiery, adhesive products or any item with a removed or broken hygiene seal, unless faulty. - Final sale items are not eligible for return, unless the product is faulty.
How does the refund process work?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Return Shipping Fees
- Change-of-mind returns: Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
- Faulty or incorrect items: Return postage will be reimbursed or a prepaid label will be provided.
Please ensure returns are lodged using trackable shipping as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
