How to Use

1. Clean and dry the skin thoroughly
2. Apply the nipple covers
3. Measure the tape on your body and cut to size
4. Apply the tape gradually from bottom to top
5. Repeat on the other side
6. To remove, dampen with warm water or moisturiser and gently peel off
   (Tip: removal is easier in the shower)
   

Warning

• Do not use on sensitive, irritated, sunburnt, or broken skin.
• Incorrect use may cause skin irritation or discomfort.
• Not recommended for use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
• We strongly recommend performing a skin patch test at least 24 hours before use.
• Do not wear for more than 6 hours at a time.
• If any irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs, remove immediately and discontinue use.
